Workshop Registration Information

Registration:

You may register for a Workshop:

v      In Person, By Phone, or Website

You may pay for a Workshop with:

v      Cash, Debit or Credit Card (Visa or Master Card)

Reminders:

v      Write Workshop dates on your calendar

v      Workshop prices do not include supplies unless indicated

v      Workshops are (2) hours long unless indicated on registration

v      Receive a Workshop Coupon when registering for a class in store or online;

         you are responsible to ask for your coupon.

v      Bead Quest is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons

v      Please be prompt to Workshop

v      Workshops are designed for ages 8 or older in stringing or wire wrapping.

v           Workshops that involve the use of a torch or kiln, require the student to be 18  

         years of age or older.

v      Please do not bring guests to Workshops

Cancellations and Transfers

Cancellations:

v           Cancellations require a 48 hour notice prior to the start of the Workshop.    

         Cancellations made less than required notice will forfeit the entire fee…sorry no

         exceptions. 

v           If a Workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, or for some other

         unforeseen circumstance, Bead Quest will issue a full refund of the Workshop

         fee.

Transfers:

v           Workshop transfers require a 48 hour notice prior to the start of the Workshop.

v           Transfers made with less than required notice will incur a $5 transfer fee payable on date of transfer.
